Returns and Refund Policy

7-day return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@kitchwire.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with included parts and accessories.

Return process

We will reply with the next steps and confirm the return method and any return-shipping charges before you send an item back. Please wait for return instructions so the parcel can be identified correctly. Report items that are damaged, incorrect or faulty promptly, with photographs where possible.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time after issue depends on your bank or payment provider. Rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
